About Bohemia's Head Chef, Teri Fermo
Chef Teri Fermo is a highly trained and experienced chef. She has worked in the restaurant business
for many years prior to her professional culinary training In June of 2001, she was selected as one of
"The Top Student Chefs of the Year" at the Food & Wine Magazine Classic at Aspen, graduating with
high honors from the Culinary Institue of American with a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Culinary
Arts Management, in August of 2001, earning eight scholarships during that time. In August of 2002,
she earned Diplome de Patisserie (Baking & Pastry Certification from Le Cordon Bleu in London and Paris.
Her creation, Bohemia, can be found regularly at the Cherry Street Farmer's Market
(15th & Peoria, Tulsa, Oklahoma) starting April 12th from 7 to 11am. They also can be found at many
Tulsa Area events, wherever fine food, fun and sincere connoisseurs can be found.
The following are a additional bits of information about her:
December 1999: Graduated with Honors and Perfect Attendance from the Culinary Institute of America
with an Associate Degree in Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts.
2002 – 2005: Worked in London, New York, New Jersey and Tulsa.
November 2005: Opened Bohemia, LLC in Tulsa, Oklahoma. |
